We are currently recruiting for a Female Support Worker to join our supported living service in Epsom, Surrey. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the individual can live the life they choose.

Key Tasks:

  1. Provide active support to promote independence and well-being
  2. Accompany individuals on leisure activities and into the community
  3. Use digital tools, like Nourish, to track care plans and progress

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Passion for supporting people with disabilities
  • Ability to think creatively and solve problems
  • Full UK driving license and safe use of a car
