Regional Director

ICE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to lead our operations in Northern Ireland.
About the RoleThis is a senior leadership position that requires a strong understanding of civil engineering and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the ICE Plan for Northern Ireland, focusing on member engagement, knowledge sharing, and infrastructure policy and external affairs.
- Oversee the delivery of regional events and activities, ensuring they are high-quality and meet member needs.
- Progress and implement professional development plans for RST staff.
- Monitor and report on financial performance.
- Experience in business planning, budgeting, and financial management.
- Excellent relationship building, communication, and influencing skills at a senior level.
- Experience in project management and event delivery.
- Hybrid working, 2-3 days/week in office, rest remote.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
