We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to join our team at the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the ICE vision, core purpose, and objectives in the region, ensuring the effective implementation of the ICE Plan.
This is a senior leadership role with a focus on building relationships, influencing decision-makers, and promoting civil engineering within Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the ICE Plan for Northern Ireland, focusing on member engagement, knowledge sharing, and infrastructure policy and external affairs.
- Oversee the delivery of regional events and activities, ensuring they are high-quality and meet member needs.
- Progress and implement professional development plans for RST staff.
- Monitor and report on financial performance.
Requirements:
- Experience in business planning, budgeting, and financial management.
- Excellent relationship building, communication, and influencing skills at a senior level.
- Experience in project management and event delivery.
