Are you ready to take on a challenging role that will drive growth and innovation in the water industry? We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Director Design Build Lead to join our dynamic Water Engineering team in Belfast.

As a Regional Director Design Build Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design build portfolio and delivery team, fostering growth within our core Design Build team, and collaborating with peers across all Water Engineering disciplines to maximize our combined offerings and secure new wins.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the design build portfolio and delivery team.
  • Cultivate relationships with contractor partners and support client account managers.
  • Secure new business and leverage existing framework appointments.
  • Lead the delivery of design build and major projects, ensuring compliance with governance requirements and quality systems.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in an engineering or construction discipline, with Chartered Status (or approaching).
  • Proven experience leading design delivery in a design build environment, with strong stakeholder and contract partner relationship management skills.
  • A solid track record in client relationship development and securing new business.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a team.
