We are seeking a skilled and experienced administrative professional to join our team as a Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the smooth operation of our GP practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage telephone and email enquiries, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with the practice team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • GCSE in English and Mathematics (Grades A-C or equivalent)
  • Good computer skills and a working knowledge of computer packages, such as Word Processing/Text Processing
  • A minimum of one year's experience working in an administrative or customer service role
Desirable Criteria:
  • Experience working in General Practice
