Job Title: Administrator with Minute-Taking Skills

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join our team in Holywood. The successful candidate will be responsible for general administrative tasks, including minute-taking during meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide support to team members as needed.
  • Maintain organised records and files.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, with a focus on minute-taking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
