Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development and Sales Executive to join our team. As a senior member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth. Your expertise and experience will play a critical role in helping us achieve our business objectives and continue to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at major businesses across the UK, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Presentation of our market-leading proposition and negotiation of business contracts with new customers to secure revenue growth.
Identify and qualify new business leads through self-sourced research and cold calling to drive lead generation and qualification efforts.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contract negotiations, and business performance metrics to inform future sales and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales operations and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business growth initiatives.
Analyze and interpret customer feedback and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for business growth and improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes that impact our business, ensuring we remain competitive and compliant.
Manage a sales pipeline to identify and pursue new business opportunities, prioritizing high-value prospects and accounts.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the best solution for each customer, ensuring our products and services meet their unique requirements.
Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver results and drive business growth.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, as well as adhere to all relevant sales processes and procedures.
Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the organization and its mission.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of business growth principles and strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups of people, including senior executives, customers, and colleagues.
Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales-related tools and technologies, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for business growth and improvement.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a willingness to take calculated risks and explore new opportunities.
High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to finding solutions and overcoming obstacles.
Physical stamina to travel frequently, attend meetings and events, and perform other job-related activities.
Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use, if applicable.

What We Offer

Estimated salary range: £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Generous car allowance and fuel expenses (£4,800 car allowance + 25p per mile fuel expenses)
Quarterly and annual incentives (totalling £16,000)
