Sales Administrator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support our sales efforts by managing client inquiries, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between teams.
The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office Packages such as Excel and Word. A good telephone manner and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily calls and enquiries for both the Sales Team.
- Supporting the Sales Team with ensuring all paperwork is correctly managed and all information communicated to the relevant production teams.
- Liaising with hauliers and customers regarding daily requirements.
- Generating reports and KPIs as required by the Sales Manager.
- Scheduling of paperwork's for third party loads as required by the Purchasing Team.
- Compiling of haulage rates and booking haulage for third party loads as required by the Purchasing Team.
- Daily checking of emails and other paperwork relevant to goods in and out.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
