**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Office Administrator to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a Sales Office Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, process and manage sales orders, and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
About the Job Description:
The Sales Office Administrator will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and documentation;
- Processing and managing sales orders with accuracy and efficiency;
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, shipment, and delivery;
- Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally;
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales data in the CRM system.
About the Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a sales support or office administration role;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills;
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools;
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal;
- A customer-centric approach and passion for delivering exceptional service.
About the Salary:
