About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Content Specialist to join our team at Kaplan. As a key member of our content team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement and conversions across our social media channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with our business objectives and brand voice.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including social media posts, blog articles, and video content.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform content decisions and optimize our content strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in social media content creation and management.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and visual content creation skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their features, best practices, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
