We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team.

Key Objectives

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving the social media content and strategy for our clients, with the objective of growing their following and engagement. You will ensure first-class execution of the brand proposition, values, and creative interpretation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media content and strategy for our clients, including creating unique and innovative ideas to produce 'scroll-stopping' and relevant content.
  • Manage and optimize social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with our Global Marketing and Sales team to inform and educate on future integrated marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with our Brand Manager and E-commerce Manager to assess the effectiveness and integration of social and digital activity.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance against KPIs and make recommendations for future campaign activity.
  • Manage and respond to all engagement across channels, including community management.
  • Support our Head of Brand with creation of corporate communication to support our LinkedIn channel.
  • Conduct competitor and industry research to ensure we stay in line with market trends and tools.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a social media management role.
  • Proven track record of building and growing social channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
  • Experience of working with influencers and brand collaborations on social channels.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok, Meta Business, Later, and Canva.
  • Educated to degree level in business administration, marketing, or comparable degree.
  • Experience of running and optimizing ad campaigns across all channels.
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office packages and Advanced Google Analytics.
