Job Title: Content and Social Media Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Content and Social Media Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive content strategy across various social media platforms, including X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with our brand's overall marketing strategy.
  • Create engaging and high-quality content, including written posts, images, and videos, that resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track engagement, growth, and reach, and adjust content strategy accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Development and Visual Communications teams to generate video content and assets for social media.
  • Attend and assist at video and content shoots.
  • Respond to incoming customer queries across all social media channels and safeguard the reputation of the brand.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in social media.
  • Excellent copywriting, planning, and communication skills with the ability to create simple, clear, and engaging content for a range of audiences.
  • Experience with a range of social media platforms, including X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • A data-driven approach and the ability to measure, monitor, and continually improve social media performance.

What We Offer:

  • A full-time, permanent position based in Stratford-upon-Avon.
  • 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a degree of flexibility required according to workload.
