The Care Company is seeking a talented Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse to join our team and provide expert care to our paediatric clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and compassionate nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

Job Highlights

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $37.75 (dependent on shift and designation - RPN/RN) and a range of benefits that include 24/7 nursing oversight, educational training opportunities, and an employee recognition program. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our care coordinators to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think critically and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations. Previous experience in paediatric care and complex care is highly desirable, particularly in areas such as tracheostomy care and G/J/NG tube management.
