Paediatrics Nursing Professional

At The Care Company, we are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse to provide exceptional homecare support to complex care paediatric clients. As a valued member of our team, you will play an essential role in delivering day-to-day care that enables our clients to remain at home.
Job SummaryThis is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled nurse who is passionate about providing high-quality patient care. We offer competitive rates of pay ranging from $37.75/hour (depending on shift and designation - RPN/RN), as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes 24/7 nursing oversight, educational training opportunities, and an employee recognition program.
To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in complex care, with a strong focus on tracheostomy care, G/J/NG tube management, PICC line care, seizure monitoring, diabetes management, and oxygenation monitoring. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to identify and report client care concerns to care coordinators when needed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs (hygiene, bathing, and medication administration) within the scope of practice for a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse.
- Deliver exceptional patient care as outlined in their care plans, supporting patients with all applicable medical needs.
- Observe patients' medical health, physical, and mental responses.
- Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly to ensure clients' health and well-being.
