Pearson is seeking a Healthcare Learning and Development Specialist to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs and assessments, while also providing coaching and mentoring support to learners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare education, with a focus on apprenticeships and vocational learning. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with learners, line managers, and other stakeholders.

This is a part-time position, with a salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate will also receive a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

As a Healthcare Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the learning experience for our learners, developing and implementing training programs that meet the needs of our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining effective relationships with learners, line managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring that they receive the support and guidance they need to succeed.
