Job Title: Healthcare Leadership Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to enhance cancer services within the Trust, focusing on quality improvement and patient-centered care.
  • Collaborating with the Trust Lead Cancer Clinician to identify opportunities for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Leading the operational management of cancer services, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a related field such as healthcare leadership or public health.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, analysis, and leadership development, with a proven track record in delivering complex projects.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple stakeholders.
