Job Overview
Our University Hospital of North Midlands is seeking an exceptional Operational Leadership Specialist to join our dynamic Divisional Management Team. As a senior operational leader, you will play a key role in driving the transformation of our services and improving patient and staff experience across the division and wider Trust.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Outpatients and Pharmacy teams to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality care for our patients
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational performance and patient flow
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive change and innovation within the organisation

Requirements
- Degree in a health-related subject or equivalent
- Proven track record of successful management and operational experience at senior level in the NHS and acute care setting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
