Role Overview:
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes in Stoke on Trent. As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing person-centered care and support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with their daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom.
  • Support residents with their meals and drinks, ensuring they receive the nutrition and hydration they need to stay healthy.
  • Administer and monitor medications, as prescribed by our healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • A can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience of caring for older people, preferably in a care home setting.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care and support.

Salary: £9.50 per hour
Estimated Salary: £19,620 per annum (based on 40 hours per week)
