Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Professional to join our team in North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals who have unmet health and social care needs, often due to their involvement with the criminal justice system.
The post holder will be responsible for conducting multi-vulnerability assessments and collaborating with criminal justice partners to ensure informed decision-making. A relevant nursing or allied health professional degree/diploma qualification is essential, along with valid registration with the relevant governing body.
This role requires experience of working with various vulnerabilities, including mental health, physical health, learning disabilities, abuse, addiction, and social issues. Knowledge of assessment approaches to mental disorder and awareness of harassment and social exclusion are also essential.
A competitive salary of £38,690 - £44,041 per annum is offered, depending on experience. Flexible working arrangements and a range of wellness opportunities are provided to support employee wellbeing. The Trust is committed to sustainability and reducing its carbon footprint.
