Hospitality Cafe Assistant in Cricketers Westbury Fields site

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Cafe Assistant to join our team in Cricketers Westbury Fields site. As a key member of our cafe team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting health and safety regulations.
- Manage the front-of-house service, including taking orders, serving customers, and handling cash and credit transactions.
- Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and other team members to ensure smooth operation of the cafe.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and guidelines.
- Assist with stock management, ordering, and inventory control.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Diploma Level 2 in Food Production/Catering or equivalent.
- Experience of supervising others and managing a team.
- Knowledge of special dietary requirements and modified diets.
- Previous experience working within a budget and managing stock.
- Experience working in a busy and fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good standard of IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00, plus enhancements for weekend working.
