About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with a UK-based construction and property services company that offers a wide range of services, including construction, civil engineering, facilities management, property development, and housebuilding.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage commercial aspects of a PFI project
- Lead and manage PFI Lifecycle and variations in project scope, ensuring smooth and effective processes
- Provide strategic commercial input to maximize project value
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and negotiate amendments where necessary
- Collaborate with the wider project team, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of objectives
- PFI experience essential
- Healthcare sector experience is desirable but not mandatory
- A proven track record in managing variations and change control
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong financial acumen and attention to detail
