Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our PFI project in Newcastle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the project, aligning with our best practices and governance standards.
You will be responsible for managing and maximising operational service delivery and productivity, promoting a clear focus on quality assurance, service accessibility and responsiveness, and maximising client involvement and feedback.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, with a detailed understanding of operational, commercial and contractual KPIs, and excellent leadership skills to motivate a range of teams.
Additionally, you will have a valid full or automatic UK driving licence, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
