PFI Regional Property Manager - North West England
Our client, a leading PFI investor, is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee the performance of a regional property portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership: Effectively manage a regional team, monitor workload, and provide support and guidance for direct reports.
- Financial Responsibility: Serve as a budget holder, accountable for the financial performance of the regional property portfolio, reviewing monthly management accounts and flagging variations.
- Commercial Responsibilities: Identify and deliver service improvements, ensuring operational compliance, standards, and services are delivered across the region.
