About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Estates Manager to join our team at West Northamptonshire Council. As a key member of our estates management team, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and direction to our schools directorate, ensuring the successful commercial and performance delivery of our PFI contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic estates management advice and direction to the Council's schools directorate
  • Ensure the successful commercial and performance delivery of adult care and schools PFI contracts
  • Represent the Council at key national and local forums regarding the contracts

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a clear understanding and experience of the complex PFI commercial contracts, as well as a degree-level qualification equivalent to building surveying, construction project management, contract management, or management. You will also have experience working with PFI projects and be able to demonstrate your ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
