Commercial Manager PFI

At Gleeson Recruitment Group, we are seeking an accomplished Commercial Manager with PFI experience to join our client's team. Our client is a UK-based construction and property services company offering a wide range of services, including construction, civil engineering, facilities management, property development, and housebuilding.
Key Responsibilities
As a Commercial Manager, you will oversee and manage the commercial aspects of a PFI project, ensuring smooth and effective processes. You will lead and manage PFI Lifecycle and variations in project scope, providing strategic commercial input to maximize project value. You will also ensure compliance with contract terms and negotiate amendments where necessary, collaborating with the wider project team, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of objectives.
Requirements
PFI experience is essential, and healthcare sector experience is desirable but not mandatory. You will need a proven track record in managing variations and change control, excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills, and strong financial acumen and attention to detail.
