**About the Role**
Barchester Healthcare Ltd is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RMN) to join our team as a mental health practitioner. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will use your expertise to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.
In this role, you will work closely with our staff to develop tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual. You will also be responsible for carrying out a variety of clinical tasks, including risk assessments and providing person-centred care.
The ideal candidate will have current NMC registration and a strong knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia. You will also have experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
