Mental Health Nurse Specialist

Are you a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding career in mental health?
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Barchester Healthcare, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
The ideal candidate will be able to deliver exceptional levels of care and support to our residents, utilising their expertise in mental health to help them achieve their full potential.
You will be responsible for ensuring each person's needs are met and that they are treated with dignity and respect.
A wide range of responsibilities includes helping new residents settle in, developing tailored care plans, and carrying out various clinical tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and support to residents with mental health needs
- Develop and implement individualised care plans
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Current NMC registration
- Experience working in mental health settings
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
