Key Account Specialist: Dundee Weighbridge Operations

The NWH Group is a leading waste management company seeking an exceptional Key Account Specialist to join their team in Dundee. As a vital member of the operations team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring seamless weighbridge operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class customer support through various communication channels, including email, phone, and live chat.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS BY UNDERSTANDING THEIR NEEDS AND PROVIDING SOLUTIONS THAT MEET THOSE NEEDS.
- Manage high volumes of orders and communications with ease, utilizing advanced organizational skills.
- Proactively address customer complaints and concerns, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Analyze and resolve invoice queries efficiently, showcasing analytical prowess.
- Create, record, and schedule orders/services on bespoke IT systems with precision.
- Promote the company's services and support sales initiatives, fostering strong relationships between departments.
- Act as an ambassador for the NWH Group, embodying the company's values and mission.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately record weights and waste types by vehicle, maintaining precise records.
- Maintain the weighbridge office and surrounding areas in a clean, tidy, and safe condition.
- Adhere to licensing guidelines and SEPA regulations, upholding industry standards.
- Perform general administrative duties and customer service tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility.
- Liaise with transport, sales, and workshop teams as needed, promoting effective collaboration.
- Cultivate a culture of safety, prioritizing employee well-being and adhering to regulations.
- Ensure all site visitors sign in and off-site, maintaining accurate records.
- Verify that all visitors and customers wear necessary PPE, upholding health and safety protocols.
- Foster professional and welcoming interactions with customers, embodying the company's values.
- Communicate effectively with all NWH employees, including the site manager, to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
We seek a motivated and skilled individual with:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- A flexible and adaptable attitude towards work.
- Experience working in a high-pressure environment.
- The ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
- Knowledge of materials processed recycling.
- Competence in basic Microsoft Office Packages.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Previous customer service training (desirable).
What We Offer:
