Mental Health Care Expertise

Barchester Healthcare is a leading provider of specialist care services. We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RMN) to join our team, bringing expertise in mental health care to deliver exceptional support and care to residents.

Your Key Responsibilities

  2. Contribute to the development of care plans, ensuring they meet the unique needs of each resident
  3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and coordination

About Our Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a qualified RMN with a passion for mental health care. You'll need current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices, particularly in dementia care. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive salary range is £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also enjoy a comprehensive rewards package, including flexible working arrangements, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive work environment that values your contributions.
