Care Support Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Care Support Specialist to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland. As a leading provider of social care services, we empower individuals with various needs to live fulfilling lives.
As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who require assistance with daily tasks, personal care, and community engagement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting individuals with medication management and monitoring.
- Providing personalized support for individuals with physical or learning disabilities, mental health issues, or substance abuse.
- Encouraging daily household tasks, such as general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping.
We offer a competitive salary of £27,500 - £37,500 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive training program ensures that you receive the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role.
