About the Role
Barchester Healthcare is seeking an experienced Activities Programme Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging activities that promote resident wellbeing, independence and social engagement. You will be expected to work closely with our community engagement team to create community links and showcase our Home.

The successful candidate will be able to update the home's social media platforms and create imaginative, fun and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability. You will also be responsible for getting to know our residents and their families before creating tailored activities programmes focused on maximising everyone's wellbeing, independence and social engagement.

The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
