Community Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. This role will involve creating engaging community links, showcasing the home through our social media platforms, and designing activities that cater to every interest and ability.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing tailored activities programmes focused on maximising wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.
- Collaborating with our community engagement team to create stimulating community links.
- Updating our home's social media platforms to showcase its community spirit.
