Care Home Community Manager

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Residential Activities Coordinator to join our team at Barchester Healthcare.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to lead our activities programme, creating a stimulating environment that enables exceptional all-round care and support for our residents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing imaginative and engaging activities programmes tailored to meet the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
- Working closely with our community engagement team to create opportunities for social interaction and community involvement.
- Updating our social media platforms to showcase the excellent work of our team and promote our home.
In return, we offer a competitive salary range of £25,500 - £28,000 per annum, free training and development opportunities, access to wellbeing and support tools, and a range of retail discounts and savings.
