Compassionate Care Worker

As a Bank Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity. Your duties will include assisting with daily living tasks, providing emotional support and companionship, and helping to create a positive and inclusive environment for all residents.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to work flexibly as part of a dynamic team.
We offer a competitive salary of £12-15 per hour, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including free learning and development opportunities and true flexibility in your working hours.
