Support Worker for Vulnerable Adults

We are looking for a Support Worker for Vulnerable Adults to join our Midlothian services, supporting individuals who need it most in our communities.
About the RoleAs a Support Worker, you will work alongside experienced colleagues to provide support to individuals with a range of needs, including mental health issues, physical disabilities, and learning disabilities.
No previous experience in care is required, as you will receive full training from our award-winning learning & development team before starting.
This training includes classroom-based learning, followed by on-the-job training where you will develop your skills and confidence.
You will receive regular supervision and support to ensure that you feel confident and competent in your role.
Competitive salary of £22,000 per annum, plus benefits including a pension scheme and opportunities for career progression.
