Care and Activities Coordinator

- Assist in devising imaginative, fun, and motivational activities that maximise everyone's wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.
- Work closely with our community engagement team to establish community links and showcase our Home.
- Update the home's social media platforms.
About You
- You'll need to be warm, empathetic, and personable to excel in this role.
- Demonstrate organisational skills and a driven mindset, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Show infectious enthusiasm and a creative approach to inspire residents and staff to participate in activities within the home and local community.
