About the Role:
">We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Activities Lead to join our team at Barchester care home. As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating environment that promotes exceptional all-round care and support for our residents.
">Your Key Responsibilities:
">You will devise imaginative, fun and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability of our residents. This will involve getting to know them and their families before creating tailored activities programmes focused on maximising everyone's wellbeing, independence and social engagement.
">About You:
">We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives. You will need to be warm, empathetic and personable with excellent organisational skills and a driven mind-set. Your infectious enthusiasm and creative approach will inspire our residents and staff to get involved in activities.
">Salary & Benefits:
