Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Technician to join our team as an Onsite Engineer in Dorset. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing face-to-face desktop support, conducting office moves, new hardware installations, and server maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support to our clients
  • Conduct thorough troubleshooting and repair of hardware and software issues
  • Install and configure new hardware and software
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including data management, antivirus updates, and network patching
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
  • Full UK driving license
