We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd as an Onsite IT Support Specialist. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing on-site support to our clients in Dorset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide face-to-face desktop support to clients
  • Conduct office moves, new hardware installations, and server maintenance
  • Manage data management activities, including tape media archiving, data ingestion, and integrity checks
  • Perform domain health checks, use active directory, group policies, and deskside network patching
  • Update antivirus software
  • Reimage, repair, and perform general engineering work on site

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT support and infrastructure management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving license
  • Security clearance
