About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Onsite Support: Provide technical support to clients at their premises, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Hardware Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on client hardware, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Software Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications to resolve client issues.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure they are informed of progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in hardware and software support, with a strong understanding of IT systems and technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and technical teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexibly, including on-call shifts and travel to client sites as required.
