Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Demand Analyst to join our Demand Planning team at Brakes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining system-generated forecasts for a defined area of responsibility, driving continuous improvement to company-set targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable demand forecasts using statistical models and business intelligence tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive good communication and improvements in the demand forecast signal.
  • Communicate changes to the forecast to supply chain colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales history, seasonal trends, and forthcoming events to generate optimal demand signals.
  • Support the governance of customer insights and business intelligence.
  • Contribute to projects in Demand Planning and around the business as required.
About You

We are looking for a highly numerate and analytical individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in a fast-paced FMCG Supply Chain position is highly advantageous. You will possess a detailed understanding of Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, SQL, and Power query experience.
