The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining system-generated forecasts for a defined area of responsibility, driving continuous improvement to company-set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable demand forecasts using statistical models and business intelligence tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive good communication and improvements in the demand forecast signal.
  • Communicate changes to the forecast to supply chain colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to establish underlying causes of KPI shortfalls and implement improvement plans to rectify.
  • Support the governance of customer insights and business intelligence.
  • Support projects in Demand Planning and around the business as required.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in supply chain and demand planning. The ideal candidate will have high numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a detailed understanding of Excel, particularly pivot tables, v-lookups, SQL, and Power Query. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, with the ability to work with all stakeholders in the business.
