About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Demand Analyst to join our Demand Planning team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be based at our Ashford office and will be responsible for creating and maintaining system-generated forecasts for a defined area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable demand forecasts for customers and products.
  • Analyze sales history, seasonal trends, and forthcoming events to generate optimal demand signals.
  • Collaborate with other teams to drive good communication and improvements in the demand forecast signal.
  • Communicate changes to the forecast to supply chain colleagues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to establish underlying causes of KPI shortfalls and implement improvement plans.
  • Support the governance of customer insights and business intelligence.
  • Contribute to projects in Demand Planning and around the business as required.
About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in fast-paced FMCG Supply Chain positions. The ideal candidate will possess high numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a detailed understanding of Excel, particularly pivot tables, v-lookups, SQL, and Power Query. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, as well as the ability to work with all stakeholders in the business.
