Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Performance Analyst to join our Commercial Finance team on a full-time, permanent basis, reporting to the Head of Finance.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for tracking weekly performance against targets, ensuring accuracy in reporting of performance, and providing insightful analysis to drive business growth.

You will also support the development and implementation of financial models, forecasts, and reports to inform business decisions.

This role offers flexible hybrid working with one day per week based in one of our offices; Tamworth, Deeside, or Ashford, for team collaboration and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of bonus models, tracking, and preparation of payment schedules.
  • Validation of new business wins and reporting on performance of sales colleagues.
  • Accurate and timely production of reports at appropriate levels of detail, including Daily Sales & KPIs with associated variance analysis.
  • Leveraging analysis into deliverable guidance/recommendations to Sales & Finance managers and directors.
  • Responsible for data management, ensuring data is reviewed frequently to provide accurate reporting and data rules & governance are followed.
  • Forecasting & Flash management and ownership of Workday updates.
  • Support the rest of the team with their daily activities, developing new ways of working or simplifying current reporting.
  • Produce reports/presentations as required to drive business results.
  • Act as an ambassador for finance, promoting cross-functional collaboration and understanding.

About You:

You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) currently operating as a Finance Business Partner, Management Account, or Finance Analyst, looking to join a global organisation as part of your career development.

We are looking for someone who will drive performance through insight and has a high level of commercial awareness and financial analysis and modelling experience. Strong Excel skills, including experience in financial analysis and modelling, are essential, and SAP experience is highly desirable.
