Financial Operations Manager

At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee our financial planning, reporting, and analysis. This role will ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
- Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial management and planning.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
