About the Role

The Saga Group is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're looking for a talented Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to help us achieve this goal. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning support to our insurance business.

You will have a strong background in management accounting and experience with TM1 or an equivalent reporting system. Your skills and qualifications will enable you to:

  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,500 per annum, based on location and experience, and a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, and access to Saga Academy's learning platform.
