Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeping and Administration Professional to join our team at Bulk Mobiles. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and providing administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. A background in accounting or a related field is essential, as well as proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software.

About the Role

This part-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of £11.50 per hour, with an estimated 24 hours worked per week. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 08:45 to 17:00. In addition to the salary, the role also comes with a range of benefits, including company pension, discounted food, and on-site parking.

As a valued member of our team, you will receive comprehensive training and support to help you excel in your role. Previous experience in an admin or accounting-related role is advantageous, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including bookkeeping and general accounting.
  • Process customer and client order payments with suppliers.
  • Manage refunds from suppliers for returned stock.
  • Record expenses of staff and company purchases.
  • Perform monthly profit calculations for the business with month ends.
  • Raise invoices for clients and customer needs.
  • Chase VAT invoices from vendors.
  • Work with VAT transactions.
  • General admin and recording duties may apply for this role.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an admin or accounting-related role (advantageous).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
