Job Title: Customer Demand Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Customer Demand Analyst to join our Demand Planning team at Brakes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and managing forecasts for customers and products, ensuring optimal customer experience.

About the Role:
  • Develop and maintain system-generated forecasts for a defined area of responsibility to drive continuous improvement to company-set targets.
  • Analyze sales history, seasonal trends, and forthcoming events to generate an optimal demand signal.
  • Collaborate with other teams to drive good communication and improvements in the demand forecast signal.
  • Communicate changes to the forecast to supply chain colleagues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to establish underlying causes of KPI shortfalls and implement improvement plans.
  • Support the governance of customer insights and business intelligence.
  • Support projects in Demand Planning and around the business as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a fast-paced FMCG Supply Chain position is highly advantageous.
  • High numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a detailed understanding of Excel, pivot tables, v-lookups, SQL, and Power query.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to work with all stakeholders in the business.
