About the Opportunity:

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Human Capital and Industrialisation Development Lead to join our Industrialisation Collaboration (IC) team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the HC&E team, with a primary focus on engineering. You will work closely with functions, colleagues, and stakeholders across the enterprise to drive key developments and priorities in the Air sector.

You will oversee HC&E industrialisation projects, engaging stakeholders across lines of business and functions for the KSA market and Engineering.

Your Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience and knowledge of principles and workings of one or more engineering disciplines, with a sound understanding of skills, capabilities, training, and development solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering competencies, technologies, and working practices, with a drive and commitment to see tasks through to completion.
  • Proven ability to use initiative and creativity to overcome complex problems, while being an excellent communicator and relationship builder.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, combined with excellent team leadership and management experience.
  • Trusted to deliver on commitments and conduct themselves with integrity at all times.
  • Proficient in toolsets such as Microsoft Office.
