SaaS Demand Generation Specialist

Job OverviewWe seek a Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team. This new role allows you to shape the position and drive growth.
As a key member of our marketing team, you'll report to the Group Head of Marketing and develop dynamic content strategies to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our existing customer base. You'll work closely with our sales team and sector marketing managers to align with broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Comprehensive Strategies: Drive qualified leads and support sales targets through comprehensive demand generation strategies.
- Create Engaging Content: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for demand generation campaigns.
- Manage Multi-Channel Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, webinars, and events.
- Nurture Leads: Design and implement lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel, using marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Track Performance: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimise ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product team, and wider marketing team to ensure alignment on target audiences, messaging, and lead follow-up processes.
- SaaS Expertise: Proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS technology environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Marketing Cloud), CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics). Ability to leverage AI to enhance campaign results and improve productivity.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights, such as conversions, customer acquisition cost, and ROI.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creativity: Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and creative problem-solving.
